Locum Opportunity for September 2007

If you are a registered Chiropractor or Osteopath, you now have the opportunity to apply to work as a locum at this Practice in Caringbah for 4 weeks, starting from Monday 17th September 2007.

You will have a totally managed system with experienced and professional full time staff (Receptionist / Massage Therapist) provided during office hours. You will be treating patients in modern air conditioned offices with the latest in practice equipment provided in each treatment room including athelgen electric tables, networked computers and other modalities such as ultrasounds etc. To check out more see our Virtual Tour.

There is an attractive financial package for the successful candidate with a guaranteed minimum.

To be an eligible candidate you must first provide the following information to complete and lodge a successful application:

• An up to date current CV (Resume) - details must include the following
  • Course and year of graduation
  • Details of clinical experience
  • Three current References
  • Address of where you will reside during the locum
  • Your degree of computer literacy (experience preferred but not essential)
• Photocopy of your current Practising Certificate from an Australian Registration Board (or if you are from Overseas, your equivalent Registration Board).
• Membership of professional association(s) including membership number(s)
• Proof of professional indemnity insurance including
  • Name of Insurance Company
  • Your Policy Number
  • Expiry date
• Optional: Photo of you
